Multi-spindle Screw Machining

Imperial has been providing screw machining services for decades. We offer deep experience, great value and more than 50 machines worth of capacity.

Cellular Manufacturing

We provide automated and cellular manufacturing solutions for many high-volume programs. We have deep experience providing Tier 2 support to domestic and transplant automotive customers.

CNC Manufacturing

Our multiple CNC capabilities provide precision and flexibility from prototyping runs to large volume orders.

Swiss-style CNC - Citizen and Tsugami, CNC lathes - Hardinge and Miyano up to 3" bar, Vertical Machining Centers - Haas and Hardinge up to 20x40 working envelope, including fourth-axis.

Secondary Processes

We develop efficient and cost-effective secondary processes in order to shorten the supply chain and provide greater value for our customers. Broaching, drilling, grinding, bending, tapping, punching and assembly.

We provide fast and economical broaching with capabilties up to 10 tons with 36" stroke and automatic feed tables.

Finishing

We offer a full compliment of finishing services including, anodizing, dyeing, etching, teflon coating, powder coating, precision grinding, plating, heat treating, annealing, and other specialty treatments.
